Kamera veya galeri erişimi, yalnızca sizin açık eyleminizle (fotoğraf çekme/seçme) kullanılır.

Verileriniz, uygulama altyapısında kullanılan hizmetler (örneğin Supabase) ve/veya yerel cihaz depolaması üzerinde saklanabilir. Veriler, hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur.

5. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz, yasal zorunluluklar haricinde üçüncü taraflara satılmaz. Hizmetin sunulması için teknik altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla sınırlı ölçüde işlenebilir.

6. Veri Güvenliği

Verilerinizi korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alınmaktadır. Ancak internet üzerinden iletilen hiçbir veri aktarımı %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama, 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altından veri toplanması hedeflenmez.

8. Haklarınız

Yürürlükteki mevzuata tabi olmak kaydıyla, verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme veya işleme itiraz haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz.

Müşterim Pro - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Müşterim Pro (the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address
  • Authentication-related account information

1.2 Business and Financial Records

  • Customer names and related profile details
  • Debt/receivable, payment, collection, and transaction records
  • Cheque/promissory note due-date records
  • Cash/bank movement records

1.3 Profile Images

  • Profile photos selected from gallery or captured by camera

2. Permissions and Purposes

  • Camera permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Used to capture profile photos in the App.
  • Media/Gallery access: Used to let you select images from your device.
  • Notification permission: May be used for due and overdue transaction reminders.

Camera and gallery access are used only after your explicit action.

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide core app features and manage your records
  • To enable sign-in, account security, and authentication
  • To generate reports and financial insights
  • To improve app performance and security

4. Data Storage

Your data may be stored using infrastructure services (such as Supabase) and/or on-device local storage, as necessary to provide the service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed with limited technical service providers only to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no internet-based transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data.
